Summer Competitive Program

General Information

Players who have played a minimum of 60% of the spring games may try out for summer ball. Tryouts are scheduled for the early part of June. Teams are announced mid June and begin play in early July running to the end of August. Players are selected to participate based on their skills as evaluated by our summer team managers.

Depending on the number of players trying out there is usually an A and B team in each division. Both levels play an interlock schedule with Ottawa area teams.

Summer ball team managers are selected by a committee of the board of directors as specified in our constitution. Prospective summer ball managers should click here to access information and applications which are due on Friday February 24, 2012.

Summer Competitive Program Schedules and Standings

The Summer League schedule begins in the first week of July and continues until the Labour Day weekend. All the official contacts, schedules, results, and standings for the Summer League can be found at the District 2 website.
