Winter Skills Clinic - Baseball

Hello South Ottawa Little League families, despite this cold weather, South Ottawa Little League is well underway with plans for the upcoming season. Winter skills clinics provide a great opportunity for players to learn about baseball and develop their athletic ability. The following sessions are being offered by Athlete’s Choice (Robin Kerr) and may be of interest to you.

Pitching, in-fielding and conditioning · Ages 8-11 ·10 Sessions · $125

Fridays 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
January 27 to March 30, 2012
Location: CSAD (Centre for Strength and Athletic Development): 1665 Russell Rd Unit 1 (near Industrial Avenue).

Limit 32 participants. This clinic will feature local baseball players who will teach the pitching and in-fielding skills. This is an ideal session for players making the transition from coach pitch to minors and for returning players wanting to improve their game!

Hitting and conditioning · Ages 12-15 · 10 sessions · $175

Sundays 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
