The South Ottawa Junior A team were finalists in the 2010 QBA Bantam tournament this past weekend in Granby Quebec. Great job!
Rookie A Blues win District 2 and 6 Championship
The South Ottawa Rookie A Blues completed an undefeated season with a 17-5 victory over CFR this week. Congratulations also go out to the Rookie A2 Blues for their successful season as they made it to the semi-finals after being promoted from the B Division.

Baseball Conditioning Sep 20, 2010 to Dec 15, 2010
- Every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the Sports and Conditioning Centre, 2190 Thurston Road.
- Participants will be introduced to plyometrics, weights, speed, and power exercises designed to improve baseball performance.
- Instructors will be Chris Smith and Robin Kerr.
- Cost is $160 and we have room for 20 participants.
Winter Clinic Jan 21, 2011 to Mar 25, 2011
- Every Friday from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the lansdome.
- Children receive instruction in all facets of the game.
- Three different age groups Minors, Majors, and Juniors.
- Cost is $125 per child with a total of 20 participants in each age group.
