Pitching Rules Changed for 2010
The pitching rules for tournament and Interlock play has changed for 2010. Mainly with the pitch counts. The limits have changed a bit, the option to use a Game of Rest is gone, and the Tournament limits match the Interlock limits now. Read more about these rule changes in the following two documents.
